Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Services purchased directly on the site https://masynergy.eu, operated by Goodbyte Limited.

1. Digital Services and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to service contracts.

However, M&A Synergy AI provides digital content (analyses, AI results) not supplied on a tangible medium, the performance of which begins immediately after the Client's prior express consent.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions and by launching an analysis or accessing the paid service, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees to waive their right of withdrawal for Services fully performed or as soon as the performance of the digital content supply has begun.

2. Refund Conditions

We offer no refunds for subscription fees or usage fees (analysis credits) once the Service has been used or the subscription period has begun.

Dissatisfaction with Results: The nature of AI implies that results are generated by probabilistic models. Dissatisfaction with the relevance, quality, or nature of the analyses generated by the AI does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Non-Use: Failure to use the Services during an active subscription period does not entitle the User to any refund (pro-rata or full).

3. Exceptional Cases

A refund (full or partial) may be considered, at the sole discretion of Goodbyte Limited, in the following cases:

Billing Error: A proven double charge or incorrect billing amount.
Major Technical Failure: A proven technical inability, attributable to our platform, to access or use the Service for a prolonged period, which our technical support was unable to resolve.

4. Request Procedure

For any refund request under an exceptional case, the Client must contact support at contact@masynergy.eu within 14 days of the incident or billing error, providing all necessary supporting evidence.

Goodbyte Limited will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
